Fenofibrate

A fibrate class drug that lowers triglycerides and raises hdl cholesterol (good cholesterol).

Rosuvastatin

A statin class drug that lowers ldl cholesterol (bad cholesterol) and total cholesterol.

To treat high cholesterol (hyperlipidemia) and mixed dyslipidemia, particularly when triglyceride levels are elevated.

To reduce the risk of cardiovascular events (like heart attack and stroke) in patients with high cholesterol and other risk factors.

Fenofibrate activates peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha (PPAR-α), reducing triglyceride production and increasing HDL cholesterol. Rosuvastatin inhibits HMG-CoA reductase, an enzyme crucial in cholesterol synthesis, thus lowering LDL cholesterol.

Store at room temperature (below 30°C) in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage should be determined by your physician based on your individual needs and response to treatment.

Follow your doctor's instructions carefully; do not alter dosage without consulting them.

Typically taken once daily, often with or without food.

Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Children

Safety and efficacy in children have not been established.



Kidney

May need dose adjustment in patients with impaired kidney function.



Liver

May need dose adjustment or monitoring in patients with impaired liver function.
