This combination drug works synergistically. Trypsin and bromelain break down proteins involved in inflammation, reducing swelling. Rutoside enhances microcirculation and has antioxidant effects. Diclofenac, an NSAID, potently inhibits prostaglandin production, the primary mediators of pain and inflammation.
