Domperidone works by blocking dopamine receptors in the brain and the gastrointestinal tract, which helps to speed up the movement of food through the digestive system. Omeprazole blocks the enzyme responsible for acid production in the stomach, thereby reducing the amount of acid produced. This combination helps to control symptoms related to acid reflux, nausea, and vomiting.
