Ambroxol

Guaifenesin

Another expectorant that assists in clearing congestion by making mucus less sticky.

Terbutaline

A bronchodilator that relaxes the muscles in the airways, widening them to improve breathing.

Relief of productive cough (cough with phlegm) associated with respiratory tract infections.

Treatment of bronchospasm (narrowing of the airways) in conditions like asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), often as an adjunct to other therapies.

Management of symptoms of acute and chronic bronchitis.

Ambroxol increases the production of surfactant in the lungs, helping to thin mucus. Guaifenesin increases mucus clearance by reducing its viscosity. Terbutaline relaxes the bronchial smooth muscles, leading to bronchodilation and improved airflow.

Store at room temperature (below 25°C) in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
