Aceclofenac

A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that reduces pain and inflammation.

Drotaverine

An antispasmodic drug that relaxes smooth muscles, particularly in the gastrointestinal tract.

Treatment of mild to moderate pain associated with musculoskeletal disorders such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and back pain.

Relief of pain associated with menstrual cramps.

Treatment of abdominal cramps and spasms.

Aceclofenac inhibits the production of prostaglandins, inflammatory mediators responsible for pain and inflammation. Drotaverine relaxes smooth muscles by inhibiting calcium influx into cells, thus relieving spasms and pain.

Store at room temperature below 25°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage should be determined by a physician based on individual needs and condition severity.

Generally, the recommended dose is one tablet, taken two or three times daily, or as directed by your doctor.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Increased risk of bleeding (especially in patients with bleeding disorders)

Gastrointestinal disturbances (nausea, vomiting, heartburn, constipation, diarrhea)

Headache

Dizziness

Allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling)

Alcohol Consumption

Avoid alcohol consumption as it can increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.



While Driving or operating Machinery

May cause drowsiness or dizziness; avoid driving or operating machinery if affected.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Consult your doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Generally, it is not recommended.



Children

Use in children should only be considered under strict medical supervision and is usually not recommended.



Kidney

Caution is advised in patients with kidney problems. Renal function monitoring might be necessary.



Liver

Caution is advised in patients with liver problems. Liver function monitoring might be necessary.
