Shortterm management of insomnia (usually no more than 2-4 weeks).
Melatonin binds to melatonin receptors in the brain, promoting sleep onset. Zolpidem binds to GABA receptors, enhancing the inhibitory effects of GABA, leading to sedation and sleep.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Typically taken orally, usually before bedtime.
