An antihistamine that blocks the effects of histamine, a substance released by the body during allergic reactions.
Relief of nasal congestion associated with the common cold, hay fever, and other allergies.
Relief of nasal congestion associated with sinusitis.
This nasal spray works by combining the effects of a decongestant and an antihistamine. Naphazoline hydrochloride constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and congestion. Chlorpheniramine maleate blocks the effects of histamine, a substance released by the body during allergic reactions, which further reduces nasal congestion and other allergy symptoms.
Store at room temperature, between 15°C and 30°C (59°F and 86°F). Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
Adults and children 12 years of age and older: 2-3 sprays in each nostril, not more than 4 times daily.
Children 6 to 11 years of age: 1-2 sprays in each nostril, not more than 4 times daily.
Children under 6 years of age: Consult a doctor before use.

High blood pressure
May increase drowsiness. Avoid alcohol consumption while using this medication.
May cause drowsiness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.

Use with caution in children under 12 years of age. Consult a doctor before using this medication in children under 6 years of age.
