A bronchodilator that relaxes the muscles in the airways, making it easier to breathe. it's a beta-2 agonist.

Relief of symptoms associated with acute bronchitis and other respiratory tract infections where mucus buildup is a problem.

Treatment of productive cough (cough with phlegm) associated with chest congestion.

This combination medication works through a multi-pronged approach. Bromhexine and guaifenesin work as expectorants, thinning and loosening mucus. Terbutaline acts as a bronchodilator, widening the airways. Menthol provides a soothing effect on irritated throat tissues.
