A biguanide that helps lower blood sugar by improving your body's response to insulin and decreasing the amount of sugar your liver produces.
A dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (dpp-4) inhibitor that helps increase the levels of incretins, hormones that stimulate insulin release and decrease glucagon secretion.
Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults inadequately controlled on metformin alone or in combination with other antidiabetic agents.
May be used as initial triple therapy in adults with type 2 diabetes inadequately controlled on diet and exercise.
This triple combination medication works through three distinct mechanisms to control blood sugar. Dapagliflozin increases glucose excretion in the urine. Metformin improves insulin sensitivity and reduces hepatic glucose production. Teneligliptin enhances incretin activity, leading to increased insulin secretion and reduced glucagon secretion.
Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Less Common: Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), dehydration, ketoacidosis (a serious complication of diabetes), increased risk of bone fracture.
Serious (Seek immediate medical attention): Allergic reactions, pancreatitis, severe dehydration.
Common: Urinary tract infections, genital yeast infections, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, headache.
Limit alcohol intake as it may increase the risk of hypoglycemia and lactic acidosis.
May cause dizziness or hypoglycemia, exercise caution.
