Dapagliflozin

A sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 (sglt2) inhibitor.

Teneligliptin

A dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (dpp-4) inhibitor.

Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults to improve glycemic control when metformin alone is insufficient.

May be used in combination with other diabetes medications as determined by a healthcare professional.

Dapagliflozin works by preventing the kidneys from reabsorbing glucose, increasing its excretion in the urine. Teneligliptin enhances the release of insulin from the pancreas in response to rising blood glucose levels and reduces glucagon secretion, thereby improving glycemic control.

Store at room temperature (20-25°C), away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage should be determined by a healthcare professional based on individual needs and response to treatment.

Typically administered once daily, with or without food.

Urinary tract infections

Alcohol Consumption

Children

Not indicated for use in children.



Kidney

Renal function should be monitored, dose adjustment may be necessary in patients with kidney impairment.



Liver

Liver function should be considered, dose adjustment may be necessary in patients with severe liver impairment.
