This combination medication works by reducing inflammation, suppressing the immune system's response in the skin, softening the skin, and promoting the shedding of dead skin cells. Clobetasol propionate, the corticosteroid, decreases inflammation and itching by inhibiting the release of inflammatory chemicals. Salicylic acid, a keratolytic agent, helps remove dead skin cells and soften the skin, allowing other ingredients to penetrate more effectively. Lactic acid and urea act as humectants, drawing moisture into the skin and improving hydration.

Store the medication at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep it out of reach of children.

Apply a thin layer of the medication to the affected area(s) once or twice daily, as directed by your doctor.

Avoid applying it to the face or sensitive areas unless specifically prescribed by your doctor.

Do not use on open wounds, infected areas, or on large areas of the body.
