Clobetasol Propionate

A potent corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and itching.

Management of steroid-responsive dermatoses accompanied by secondary infection with susceptible bacteria. (Note: This combination is not a substitute for antibiotics and must be used judiciously)

Treatment of inflammatory dermatoses responsive to corticosteroids, such as plaque psoriasis, atopic dermatitis (eczema), and seborrheic dermatitis.

Clobetasol propionate binds to intracellular glucocorticoid receptors, leading to decreased inflammation and reduced immune response. Zinc sulfate's mechanism involves astringent and potentially antimicrobial effects.

Store at room temperature (20-25°C) away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage and duration of treatment will depend on the severity of the condition and the patient’s response to treatment. Always follow your doctor's instructions.

Apply a thin layer of the cream or ointment to the affected area once or twice daily, as directed by your physician.

Do not apply to large areas of the body or use under occlusive dressings without consulting your doctor.

Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes. Wash hands thoroughly after each application.
