Dexibuprofen

A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins.

Paracetamol

An analgesic and antipyretic that works by reducing pain and fever by blocking the production of prostaglandins in the central nervous system.

Relief of mild to moderate pain, including headaches, toothaches, muscle aches, and menstrual cramps.

Reduction of fever.

Zeroflam Tab (Dexibuprofen + Paracetamol) both work by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins, which are substances in the body that cause pain, inflammation, and fever. Dexibuprofen works primarily on the periphery (at the site of pain and inflammation), while paracetamol acts mainly in the central nervous system to reduce fever and pain.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

The usual adult dose is one or two tablets every 4-6 hours as needed. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose recommended by your doctor.

Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water.

Do not crush, break, or chew the tablets.

The dose may need to be adjusted based on your individual needs and medical conditions.

Alcohol Consumption

Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medication, as it can increase the risk of stomach bleeding and liver damage.



While Driving or Operating Machinery

This medication may cause dizziness or drowsiness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Consult your doctor before taking this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It is not recommended for use during the first trimester of pregnancy.



Children

This medication is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.



Kidney

Use with caution in people with kidney problems.



Liver

Use with caution in people with liver problems.
