This combination medication works by lowering blood sugar levels in three ways: 1. Glimepiride: Stimulates the release of insulin from the pancreas, helping your body use glucose for energy. 2. Metformin: Reduces glucose production by your liver and improves your body's response to insulin. 3. Pioglitazone: Enhances insulin sensitivity in your body's tissues, making it easier for glucose to enter cells.

Store at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Your doctor will determine the right dosage based on your individual needs.

Typically taken once daily with a meal.

Do not crush, break, or chew the tablets.

Take the medication exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

Do not stop taking the medication without consulting your doctor.

Serious: Low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), lactic acidosis (build-up of lactic acid in the blood), heart failure, liver problems, bone fractures

Common: Headache, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, weight gain, muscle aches

Allergic Reactions: Rash, itching, swelling, difficulty breathing

Alcohol Consumption

Avoid alcohol consumption as it can increase the risk of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) and liver problems.



While Driving or operating Machinery

Caution is advised as low blood sugar can cause dizziness, drowsiness, and impaired concentration.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

This medication is not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Discuss potential risks and benefits with your doctor.



Children

This medication is not approved for use in children.



Kidney

Caution is necessary for patients with kidney problems as the medication can accumulate in the body.



Liver

Caution is necessary for patients with liver problems as the medication can increase the risk of liver damage.
