Chlorzoxazone

A muscle relaxant that works by blocking nerve impulses that cause muscle spasms.

Diclofenac

A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that reduces pain and inflammation by blocking the production of certain natural substances that cause pain and swelling.

Tramadol

An opioid pain reliever that works by changing the way the brain and nervous system respond to pain.

Shortterm relief of pain and muscle spasms associated with acute musculoskeletal conditions, such as back pain, neck pain, and sprains.

This combination is usually prescribed for pain that is severe enough to require an opioid.

This combination works by reducing pain, inflammation, and muscle spasms. Chlorzoxazone relaxes muscles, diclofenac reduces inflammation, and tramadol blocks pain signals in the brain.

Store at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

The dosage of this medication will vary depending on your individual needs and medical condition.

It is typically taken orally, with or without food.

Follow the directions on your prescription label carefully.

Do not take more or less than prescribed, and do not take it for longer than directed.

While Driving or operating Machinery

Do not drive or operate machinery until you know how this medication affects you. It can cause drowsiness and dizziness.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

This medication should not be taken during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless the potential benefits outweigh the risks. Consult your doctor before taking this medication if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant.



Children

This medication is not recommended for use in children.



Kidney

This medication should be used with caution in people with kidney problems.



Liver

This medication should be used with caution in people with liver problems.
