Chlorpheniramine Maleate

Sodium Citrate

A buffering agent that helps to reduce stomach upset and improve the palatability of the medicine.

Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold and flu, such as runny nose, sneezing, nasal congestion, headache, and fever.

Temporary relief of allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and itchy, watery eyes.

Chlorpheniramine blocks the action of histamine, a substance released by the body during allergic reactions. Phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and congestion. Paracetamol reduces fever by acting on the hypothalamus and reduces pain by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis. Sodium citrate acts as a buffer, reducing gastric irritation.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
