Chlorpheniramine Maleate

Paracetamol

An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer) that helps alleviate headache, muscle aches, and fever.

Phenylephrine

A decongestant that shrinks swollen blood vessels in the nasal passages, relieving nasal congestion.

Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold and flu, such as runny nose, sneezing, nasal congestion, headache, muscle aches, and fever.

Temporary relief of allergy symptoms, including sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes.

Chlorpheniramine blocks histamine receptors, reducing allergy symptoms. Paracetamol reduces fever and pain through central nervous system effects. Phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, relieving congestion.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
