Levocetirizine

Paracetamol

Phenylephrine

A decongestant that shrinks swollen blood vessels in the nasal passages, relieving congestion.

Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold and flu, such as cough, runny nose, sneezing, congestion, headache, and fever.

Relief of allergy symptoms accompanied by cold or flulike symptoms.

This combination medication works synergistically. Ambroxol thins mucus, making it easier to cough up. Levocetirizine blocks histamine, reducing allergy symptoms. Paracetamol reduces pain and fever by affecting the body's response to pain and temperature. Phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, relieving congestion.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
