Xitolong-Od Capsule Sr (Itopride) acts as a prokinetic agent. It enhances gastric motility by blocking dopamine D2 receptors and inhibiting acetylcholinesterase, thereby increasing the release of acetylcholine, which stimulates stomach muscle contractions and improves gastric emptying.

Store at room temperature (20-25°C) in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Typically taken orally before meals.
