Xitoglip 100 Tablet (Sitagliptin) is a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor. It works by increasing levels of incretins, hormones that stimulate insulin release from the pancreas when blood glucose levels are high and reduce glucagon secretion. This helps to improve blood sugar control.
