Caffeine

A central nervous system stimulant that can provide alertness and reduce fatigue.

Chlorpheniramine Maleate

An antihistamine that helps relieve runny nose, sneezing, and itchy eyes associated with colds and allergies.

Paracetamol

An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).

Phenylephrine

A decongestant that shrinks swollen blood vessels in the nasal passages, relieving nasal congestion.

Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold and flu, such as headache, fever, muscle aches, nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and itchy, watery eyes.

Temporary relief of allergy symptoms.

This combination drug works synergistically. Caffeine enhances the analgesic effects of paracetamol, while chlorpheniramine and phenylephrine address the allergic and congestion symptoms, respectively. Paracetamol reduces fever and pain by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins in the central nervous system.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Always follow the dosage instructions provided on the product label or as directed by your physician or pharmacist.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Take with or without food, as preferred, unless otherwise directed.

Alcohol Consumption

Avoid alcohol consumption as it can increase the risk of liver damage with paracetamol and potentiate the sedative effects of chlorpheniramine.



While Driving or Operating Machinery

Avoid driving or operating machinery if drowsiness or dizziness occurs.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.



Children

Follow age-appropriate dosage instructions carefully; consult a pediatrician for children under 12.



Kidney

Use with caution in patients with kidney impairment; consult a doctor.



Liver

Use with caution in patients with liver impairment; consult a doctor. Avoid exceeding the recommended dose of paracetamol to minimize the risk of liver damage.
