Lornoxicam inhibits the production of prostaglandins, which are responsible for pain and inflammation. Paracetamol reduces fever by acting on the hypothalamus, and its mechanism for pain relief is less clearly understood but may involve inhibition of cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes in the central nervous system.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
