Xarelto 2.5mg 14s Tab (Rivaroxaban) is a direct factor Xa inhibitor. It works by selectively inhibiting factor Xa, a key enzyme in the coagulation cascade, thereby preventing blood clot formation.

Store at room temperature (below 25°C). Protect from moisture and light. Dispose of unused medication properly.

Dosage varies depending on the indication and patient factors. Always follow your doctor's prescription.

Rivaroxaban is typically taken orally, once or twice daily, with or without food.

Alcohol Consumption

Moderate alcohol consumption may be acceptable, but excessive alcohol should be avoided as it may increase the risk of bleeding.



While Driving or operating Machinery

Drowsiness and dizziness are potential side effects. If experiencing these, avoid driving or operating machinery.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Children

Not recommended for use in children.
