Wincard 20mg Sr Tab (Nifedipine) works by relaxing and widening blood vessels, which lowers blood pressure and improves blood flow to the heart. It does this by blocking the entry of calcium into the muscle cells of blood vessels, preventing them from tightening.
Store nifedipine at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Keep it in its original container.
