Weltran 500mg Injection (Tranexamic Acid) works by inhibiting the breakdown of blood clots (fibrinolysis). It achieves this by competitively binding to plasminogen, thus preventing the formation of plasmin, an enzyme responsible for clot dissolution. By maintaining clot stability, it helps control bleeding.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiry date.

Dosage varies depending on the indication and individual patient factors. Always follow your doctor's prescription instructions.

It is typically administered orally (as tablets or capsules) or intravenously (by injection) under medical supervision.
