Take this medication exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
The usual dose is one tablet taken once daily, with or without food.
Do not stop taking this medication without talking to your doctor.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule.
Serious side effects may occur, including: low blood pressure, allergic reaction, kidney problems, liver problems.
Common side effects include: headache, dizziness, swelling in ankles and feet, fatigue, cough.
Avoid alcohol while taking this medication, as it can increase the risk of side effects.
This medication may cause dizziness, so be careful when driving or operating machinery.
This medication should not be used during pregnancy unless it is clearly needed. Talk to your doctor about the risks and benefits of using this medication during pregnancy.
