Walformin Od 30mg Tab (Gliclazide + Metformin) work synergistically to lower blood glucose levels. Gliclazide increases insulin secretion from the pancreas, while metformin enhances insulin sensitivity in peripheral tissues and reduces hepatic glucose production. This combined action leads to improved glycemic control.
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.

Typically started at a low dose and gradually increased as tolerated.
