This combination drug works by targeting multiple symptoms. Bromhexine and guaifenesin loosen and thin mucus, aiding in its expectoration. Chlorpheniramine maleate reduces allergic reactions and runny nose. Phenylephrine reduces nasal congestion. Paracetamol reduces fever and pain.
