Betahistine

An h1-histamine receptor agonist and a weak h3-receptor antagonist used to treat ménière's disease and vertigo.

Domperidone

A dopamine d2 receptor antagonist primarily used to treat nausea and vomiting.

Treatment of vertigo and associated symptoms in Ménière's disease.

Relief of nausea and vomiting associated with vertigo or other conditions (as determined by a physician).

Betahistine improves vestibular function by affecting histamine receptors in the inner ear and central nervous system. Domperidone blocks dopamine receptors in the chemoreceptor trigger zone (CTZ) in the brain, reducing nausea and vomiting.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the packaging is damaged or tampered with. Check the expiry date before use.

Dosage should be determined by a physician based on individual needs and response to treatment.

Usually taken orally, with or without food, as directed by your doctor.

Do not exceed the prescribed dose.

Alcohol Consumption

Driving or Operating Machinery

Caution advised, especially during initial treatment, due to potential drowsiness.

Use only under strict medical supervision. Inform your doctor immediately if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding.



Children

Dosage and use must be determined by a physician. May not be suitable for all children.



Kidney

Caution needed in patients with kidney impairment. Dosage adjustment may be required.



Liver

Caution needed in patients with liver impairment. Dosage adjustment may be required.
