Vascilol 100mg Tab (Cilostazol) inhibits platelet aggregation (clumping) by inhibiting phosphodiesterase III, leading to increased cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) levels. This reduces the stickiness of platelets and improves blood flow, particularly in the legs. It also has direct vasodilatory effects, widening blood vessels.
