Valodex 10mg Tab (Tamoxifen) is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM). It works by blocking the effects of estrogen on breast cancer cells, thereby inhibiting their growth and proliferation. It acts as an estrogen antagonist in breast tissue but can have agonist effects in other tissues, such as the uterus and bone.

Store at room temperature (20-25°C), away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

It is typically administered orally, once or twice daily.

Children

Tamoxifen is not indicated for use in children.
