Treatment of various inflammatory conditions causing pain.
Aceclofenac inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing the production of prostaglandins, which are responsible for pain and inflammation. Paracetamol reduces fever and pain through a mechanism not fully understood but potentially involving inhibition of COX enzymes in the central nervous system. Serratiopeptidase breaks down proteins involved in inflammation, reducing swelling and promoting tissue repair.

Take the medication with or after food to minimize stomach upset.
