Dicyclomine reduces intestinal spasms by blocking the action of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that stimulates muscle contractions. Mefenamic acid inhibits the production of prostaglandins, inflammatory mediators responsible for pain and inflammation.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
