Store theophylline at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

The dosage of theophylline varies depending on the patient's age, weight, and medical condition.

It is typically taken by mouth, either as tablets, capsules, or liquid.

Follow your doctor's instructions carefully and do not change your dosage without talking to them.

Take theophylline with a full glass of water.

Do not crush or chew the tablets or capsules.

Alcohol Consumption

While Driving or operating Machinery

Theophylline can cause dizziness, drowsiness, or blurred vision. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Theophylline can pass into breast milk and may harm a nursing infant. It is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.



Children

Theophylline is not recommended for children under the age of 6 months. It is important to use theophylline only as directed by a healthcare professional for children.
