Clobetasol Propionate

A potent topical corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and itching.

Gentamicin

An antibiotic that fights bacterial infections.

Iodochlorhydroxyquinoline

An antifungal agent that treats fungal infections.

Treatment of severe inflammatory skin conditions, such as psoriasis, eczema, and dermatitis, that are complicated by bacterial and/or fungal infections.

May be used for shortterm treatment of severe, recalcitrant skin conditions when other therapies have failed.

This combination medication works by suppressing the immune response, reducing inflammation, fighting bacteria, and killing fungi. Clobetasol propionate, the corticosteroid, reduces inflammation and itching. Gentamicin fights bacterial infections. Iodochlorhydroxyquinoline and ketoconazole act as antifungals, tackling fungal infections.

Store at room temperature, away from heat and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Apply a thin layer of the medication to the affected area twice daily, as directed by your doctor.

Do not exceed the prescribed dosage or frequency of application.

Do not use this medication for longer than recommended by your doctor.

Wash your hands thoroughly after each application, unless the hands are the area being treated.

Avoid getting this medication in your eyes, nose, or mouth.

Burning, stinging, or irritation at the application site.

Skin thinning, stretch marks, or discoloration.

Acnelike eruptions.

Increased susceptibility to infections.

Allergic reactions, such as itching, rash, or hives.

Alcohol Consumption

While Driving or operating Machinery

This medication is unlikely to affect your ability to drive or operate machinery. However, if you experience any side effects that may impair your ability to do so, avoid driving or operating machinery.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

This medication should be used with caution during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Consult with your doctor before using this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.



Children

This medication is not recommended for use in children unless specifically prescribed by a doctor.



Kidney

This medication is not recommended for use in patients with severe kidney disease.



Liver

This medication should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Your doctor may need to adjust your dosage.
