Domperidone

An antiemetic (prevents nausea and vomiting) and prokinetic (increases gut motility) agent.

Paracetamol

An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).

Tramadol

An opioid analgesic (pain reliever) with both opioid and non-opioid mechanisms of action.

Moderate to severe pain where other analgesics are insufficient.

Nausea and vomiting associated with pain.

Pain accompanied by fever.

Domperidone blocks dopamine receptors in the chemoreceptor trigger zone and gut, reducing nausea and vomiting and improving gastric emptying. Paracetamol reduces fever by acting on the hypothalamus and reduces pain through unclear mechanisms, possibly involving inhibition of cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes. Tramadol inhibits the reuptake of norepinephrine and serotonin, and also acts as a weak opioid agonist, providing analgesia.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any expired medication.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Take the medication with or without food, as advised by your doctor.

Rarely: allergic reactions, seizures, respiratory depression (especially with higher doses of Tramadol).

Domperidone related: prolonged QT interval (heart rhythm abnormality, requires ECG monitoring in some cases). This risk is generally low at therapeutic doses.

Nausea, vomiting, constipation, drowsiness, dizziness, headache, dry mouth.

Alcohol Consumption

Avoid alcohol consumption as it can increase the risk of drowsiness and other side effects, particularly with Tramadol.



While Driving or operating Machinery

Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you. Drowsiness and dizziness are possible side effects.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Consult your doctor before taking this medication if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant. Tramadol, in particular, is not typically recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless the benefits clearly outweigh the risks.



Children

Dosage should be adjusted based on the child's age and weight. Consult a pediatrician before giving this medication to a child.



Kidney

Renal impairment may require dose adjustment. Consult your physician.



Liver

Hepatic impairment may require dose adjustment. Consult your physician.
