Chlorzoxazone

A muscle relaxant that relieves muscle spasms and pain.

Diclofenac

A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that reduces pain and inflammation.

Paracetamol

An analgesic and antipyretic that reduces pain and fever.

Relief of pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal disorders.

Treatment of acute musculoskeletal pain, such as back pain, neck pain, and shoulder pain.

Chlorzoxazone acts centrally on the nervous system to relax muscles. Diclofenac inhibits the production of prostaglandins, reducing inflammation and pain. Paracetamol reduces fever and pain through a less well-understood mechanism, possibly involving inhibition of cyclooxygenase in the central nervous system.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Take with food or milk to minimize stomach upset.

Gastrointestinal upset (nausea, vomiting, heartburn, constipation, diarrhea)

Dizziness

Headache

Sleepiness

Allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling)

Liver damage (rare but serious)

Kidney problems (rare but serious)

Alcohol Consumption

Avoid alcohol consumption as it can increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and liver damage.



While Driving or operating Machinery

Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you, as it may cause drowsiness.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Consult your doctor before using this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.



Children

Use only as directed by a physician. Dosage adjustments may be necessary.



Kidney

Use with caution in patients with kidney disease. Renal function monitoring may be required.



Liver

Use with caution in patients with liver disease. Liver function monitoring may be required.
