    Treatment of HER2positive metastatic breast cancer in combination with docetaxel, in patients who have not received prior chemotherapy for metastatic disease

How Tylidys Tablet Works

Tylidys Tablet (Lapatinib) is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor that specifically targets the HER2/neu (ErbB2) receptor tyrosine kinase. By blocking the HER2 receptor, lapatinib inhibits the growth and spread of HER2-positive cancer cells.

Storage and Handling of Tylidys Tablet

Store lapatinib at room temperature, between 20°C and 25°C (68°F and 77°F). Protect from light and moisture.

Dosage of Tylidys Tablet

    The usual starting dose of lapatinib is 1250 mg twice daily, taken with food.
