Treatment of acne vulgaris (mild to moderate)

Treatment of photoaging (sundamaged skin)

Treatment of certain types of keratosis (precancerous skin lesions)

Trunex Ms Gel 15gm (Tretinoin) works by increasing the turnover of skin cells, reducing the formation of comedones (blackheads and whiteheads), and improving the appearance of wrinkles and age spots. It also helps reduce inflammation in acne.

Store tretinoin at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiration date.

Dosage varies depending on the condition being treated and the individual patient. Always follow your doctor's instructions.

It's typically applied topically once daily, usually in the evening, to clean, dry skin.

Start with a small amount and gradually increase as tolerated. Do not exceed the prescribed dosage.

Skin irritation (redness, dryness, peeling, burning, stinging)

Alcohol Consumption

Moderate alcohol consumption is generally acceptable, but excessive alcohol use can exacerbate skin dryness.



While Driving or operating Machinery

Tretinoin is not known to impair driving or operating machinery.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless specifically prescribed and monitored by a doctor. The risk of birth defects is a concern.



Children

Use in children should be guided by a physician. Not appropriate for all pediatric acne conditions.



Kidney

No specific contraindications for patients with normal kidney function.



Liver

Patients with liver disease should be monitored carefully as retinoids can affect liver metabolism. Use may need to be adjusted or avoided entirely
