Prevention of exerciseinduced bronchospasm in patients with asthma.
This combination medication works by relaxing the muscles in the airways, which helps to open up the airways and make it easier to breathe. Ipratropium bromide blocks the action of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that causes airway constriction. Levosalbutamol stimulates beta-2 receptors in the airways, causing the muscles to relax.
Store at room temperature, between 15-30°C (59-86°F), away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date printed on the label.

This medication is typically inhaled using a nebulizer or a metered-dose inhaler.

Alcohol can worsen the side effects of this medication. Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medication.
This medication may cause dizziness, drowsiness, and blurred vision. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.
Talk to your doctor before using this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It is not recommended for use during pregnancy unless the benefits outweigh the risks. It is unknown if this medication passes into breast milk.
This medication is not recommended for use in children under the age of 12 years.
This medication is not recommended for use in patients with severe kidney disease.
