A thiazide diuretic that helps your body get rid of excess salt and water, reducing blood volume and blood pressure.
An angiotensin ii receptor blocker (arb) that blocks the action of a hormone that narrows blood vessels, lowering blood pressure.
Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure), often when other medications haven't been effective enough on their own.
May be used in patients with high blood pressure who also have a history of heart failure or kidney disease (as determined by a physician).
This combination medication works synergistically. Amlodipine relaxes blood vessels, Chlortalidone reduces blood volume, and Telmisartan blocks vasoconstriction. Together, they effectively lower blood pressure.
Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any medication that is outdated or shows signs of degradation (e.g., discoloration, clumping).

It's usually taken once daily, with or without food.
