This combination medication works by reducing inflammation, inhibiting melanin production, and promoting cell turnover. Fluocinolone acetonide reduces inflammation and redness. Hydroquinone inhibits the production of melanin, the pigment responsible for skin color. Tretinoin promotes cell turnover, helping to reduce the appearance of hyperpigmentation and other skin imperfections.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Apply a thin layer of the cream or lotion to the affected areas once or twice daily.

Do not apply more than the prescribed amount or use for longer than directed.

Wash your hands thoroughly after applying the medication.

Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes.
