Tranesma Gel 15gm (Tranexamic Acid) works by inhibiting the breakdown of blood clots. It acts on plasminogen, preventing the formation of plasmin, an enzyme that dissolves blood clots. This helps to stabilize clots and reduce bleeding.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiration date.

Dosage varies depending on the indication and patient's condition. Always follow your doctor's instructions.

It can be administered orally (tablets or capsules), intravenously (IV), or topically (depending on the formulation and use case).
