Torpanel 8 Tab (Perampanel) is a selective, non-competitive AMPA receptor antagonist. It works by reducing the effects of glutamate, an excitatory neurotransmitter in the brain, thereby decreasing the abnormal electrical activity associated with seizures.
Store at controlled room temperature 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F). Protect from moisture.
Dosage should be determined by a healthcare professional and is typically titrated upwards.
Start with a low dose and gradually increase based on individual response and tolerability.
Take the medication as directed by your doctor. Do not stop taking the medication abruptly without consulting your doctor.

Avoid alcohol consumption as it can increase the risk of drowsiness and other side effects.
Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how perampanel affects you. Drowsiness is a common side effect.
Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. The risks and benefits should be carefully considered.
