Tolu Xr 2mg Tab (Tolterodine) is an anticholinergic medication that works by blocking the action of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that triggers bladder muscle contractions. By blocking acetylcholine, tolterodine helps relax the bladder muscles and reduces the urge to urinate.
