Tolaz La 300mg Inj (Olanzapine) is an atypical antipsychotic that works by blocking dopamine and serotonin receptors in the brain. This helps to reduce the symptoms of psychosis, mania, and agitation.

Store at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiry date.

Dosage is determined by a healthcare professional and depends on the condition being treated and individual patient factors.

It is usually taken orally, once daily, but may be divided into multiple doses based on the doctor's recommendation.

Do not abruptly stop taking the medication; always follow the doctor's instructions for tapering off the dosage.

Orthostatic hypotension (low blood pressure upon standing)

Extrapyramidal symptoms (EPS) such as tremor or muscle rigidity (rare but possible)

Metabolic syndrome (increased risk of diabetes, high cholesterol, and high triglycerides)

Alcohol Consumption

While Driving or operating Machinery

Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. Olanzapine may pass into breast milk and could affect the baby. The risks and benefits should be carefully considered.



Children

Generally not recommended for children, unless specifically prescribed by a physician for a specific condition.



Kidney
