Tofindra 5 Tablet (Tofacitinib) is a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor. It works by blocking the activity of certain JAK enzymes, which play a key role in the inflammatory process involved in various autoimmune and inflammatory conditions. By inhibiting JAK enzymes, tofacitinib reduces inflammation and improves symptoms.
