Chlorpheniramine Maleate

Dextromethorphan

A cough suppressant (antitussive) that reduces the urge to cough.

Phenylephrine

A decongestant that shrinks swollen blood vessels in the nasal passages, relieving nasal congestion.

Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold or flu, such as runny nose, sneezing, coughing, and nasal congestion.

Temporary relief of allergy symptoms.

Chlorpheniramine blocks the effects of histamine, a substance released by the body during allergic reactions. Dextromethorphan acts on the cough center in the brain to suppress coughing. Phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and congestion.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
