Treatment of moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in adults who have had an inadequate response to methotrexate.

Tofajak 5mg Tab 60s (Tofacitinib) is a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor. It works by blocking the activity of certain JAK enzymes, which play a key role in the inflammatory process involved in various autoimmune and inflammatory conditions. By inhibiting JAK enzymes, tofacitinib reduces inflammation and improves symptoms.
