Isoxsuprine

Hydrochloride is the active pharmaceutical ingredient.

Treatment of cerebral vascular insufficiency (reduced blood flow to the brain).

Treatment of intermittent claudication (pain in the legs during exercise due to peripheral artery disease).

Treatment of Raynaud's phenomenon (reduced blood flow to the fingers and toes).

Tidilan 5mg Inj (Isoxsuprine) is a beta-2 adrenergic receptor agonist and alpha-adrenergic receptor antagonist. It works by relaxing the smooth muscles in blood vessels, causing vasodilation (widening of blood vessels) and improving blood flow to the affected areas.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol may increase the risk of side effects, particularly hypotension. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption while taking isoxsuprine.



While Driving or operating Machinery

Isoxsuprine may cause dizziness or drowsiness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Isoxsuprine should be used with caution during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Consult your doctor before using this medication if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant.



Children

Kidney

Patients with kidney disease should use isoxsuprine with caution. Dosage adjustments may be necessary.
